No. Unlock Everything is a one-time purchase for your Apple Account. There is no monthly fee and nothing renews.
What does Unlock Everything include?

I got a new phone. Do I pay again?
No. Tap Restore Purchase and your unlock comes back on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
Do my photos get uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your device, and CollageThing only sees the photos you choose for a collage.
Can I use it for things other than wallpapers?
Absolutely. Exports work just as well for stories, prints, gifts and photo dumps. The canvas sizes just default to phone-friendly ratios.
